Its TWICE the spend of last years allocated budget & 5 times the alloation of 5 years ago!!

All we need is a Zim to happen here, and by what is going on and JZ obviously feeling that taxpayers money is his personal wealth and bankroll, who is to say it wont become Zim? After all Uncle Bob makes full use of the countries money and so does his wife!
